How to advance the queue
After you upload next-1.csv to Ascend DM, run this from the 02-ascend-dm-upload directory to mark it sent and rebuild the queue:
node build-batches.js advance next-1.csv
That renames next-1.csv → combined-N.csv (where N = handle count) and regenerates a fresh next-1.csv + next-2.csv with full junk filter and dedupe. Refresh this page after.
To just rebuild without advancing (e.g. after editing the junk filter):
node build-batches.js
